Reed has over 20 year’s experience as a c-suite executive in biotech and basic research. Prior to his role as CFO, COO and CEO his business career covers the span of Director of New Technology Planning, Director of Business Development and several financial roles in a Fortune 200 company. He has experience in product development, joint ventures, M&A as well as growing and down-sizing companies. Reed is graduate of UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business with degrees in finance and operations research, and of John F. Kennedy University with a degree in psychology.
